Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the epiwin platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on epiwin.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All users must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. epiwin reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on epiwin. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of epiwin is lawful in their jurisdiction. epiwin does not warrant the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
All financial transactions on epiwin are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are subject to the limits and processing terms set out in the Payments section below.
All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by epiwin are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
Any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. epiwin reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is identified.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on epiwin and to access any of its services. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. epiwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending verification.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on epiwin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to determine whether your use of epiwin is lawful in your jurisdiction. epiwin makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in any specific country or territory, including Pakistan. You access and use the platform entirely at your own legal risk.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or use an epiwin account: (a) individuals under 18 years of age; (b) individuals who have previously had an account closed by epiwin for breach of these Terms; (c) individuals who are registered on a self-exclusion list; (d) employees or contractors of epiwin or its affiliated game providers.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your epiwin account login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes (OTPs). You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless and until you notify epiwin of unauthorised access and epiwin has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notice.
3.3 epiwin will never contact you to request your password or OTP. Any communication purportedly from epiwin requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.4 You must notify epiwin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support via the live chat on epiwin.asia.
4.1 Accepted Methods. epiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at epiwin's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless a higher minimum is displayed at the time of the transaction for a specific payment channel.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your epiwin account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the banking institution involved.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. epiwin reserves the right to reverse deposits identified as originating from third-party sources and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's withdrawal capability. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on the payment channel. epiwin may require identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. epiwin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is available on the Platform.
5.1 All bets placed on epiwin are final once confirmed by the system. You acknowledge that you cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the epiwin platform.
5.2 epiwin reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error; (b) the event on which the bet was placed is cancelled, suspended, or determined to be irregular; (c) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
5.3 Live in-play bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Network delays may result in bets being accepted at odds different from those displayed on screen at the moment you clicked to bet. epiwin's system timestamps are the authoritative record of the odds applicable to each accepted bet.
5.4 For live casino games, the outcome determined by the live dealer or the live game system at the time of settlement is final. No dispute will be entered into based on a player's interpretation of a game round already concluded.
5.5 The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot and casino games are published in the respective game information panels within the epiwin lobby. These figures represent long-term mathematical averages and do not guarantee any individual session result.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by epiwin are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be processed.
6.3 Bonuses have expiry dates. Any Bonus Funds that have not been used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
6.4 epiwin reserves the right to refuse, modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. epiwin also reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any account where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred.
6.5 Bonus Funds may only be used on qualifying games as specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on excluded game categories will not count toward any wagering requirement and may be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on epiwin and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
8.1 epiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its users. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.
8.2 epiwin provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within the logged-in account panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary suspension), and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure).

8.4 epiwin will not knowingly allow minors to access or use its platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
9.1 All content on the epiwin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and code — is the property of epiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the epiwin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the platform.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10.2 epiwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 epiwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or force majeure events may render the platform temporarily inaccessible. epiwin shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
11.1 epiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes; (c) the player has failed to complete a required verification process; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to epiwin.
11.2 You may request closure of your epiwin account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to applicable verification and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
12.1 epiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information on their account. The amended Terms will be effective from the date published on this page.
12.2 Your continued use of the epiwin platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which epiwin's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the epiwin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through epiwin's customer support process.
13.3 epiwin's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, bonus eligibility, and account conduct is final and binding, subject only to a demonstrated manifest error on epiwin's part.
